We recommend this size for farrowing large sows as it gives more space for the sow to move around and avoid squashing her piglets, obviously we can't guarantee she won't squash any though. This size is also ideal for 5 or more weaners up to pork weight, 3 or 4 dry sows or a boar and 2 or 3 sows. All purlins for the 8x8' are upgraded from 3"x2" timbers to 4"x2" to give extra strength. It has 3 roof sheets, full instructions supplied. A farrowing door can be added for £35 extra.
