Welcome to New Close Farm, makers and suppliers of affordable Pig Arks. Based at Trudoxhill near Frome Somerset, we breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs, Poll Dorset sheep, various ducks and chickens. We believe happy animals make the best meat. During the better months we keep our pigs out in huge pens in the fields where they can laze in the sun (when there is some!), wallow in the mud and root around for tasty things to eat. We often have Stock for Sale including ducks, chickens and GOS weaners. Hatching eggs are now available from the shop. Pig arks can be purchased on our shop page.
